David is the Principal Broker who leads the dedicated Vision team, bringing with him over 31 years of extensive experience in the commercial real estate sector, holding brokerage licenses in the states of Georgia, North Carolina, and Florida. His journey in real estate began in 1994 when he started working with Gearon & Company of Atlanta, which was recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in America at that time. In his role as a site acquisition specialist in the burgeoning field of wireless network development, David was instrumental in successfully negotiating many ground leases throughout the Southeastern United States. His outstanding performance earned him rapid promotions into key roles including zoning management, project management, and business development, culminating in his decision to leave the company in 2002 and pursue a broader career in commercial real estate in Atlanta. In 2006, he took a significant step by founding Vision Commercial and has since witnessed consistent growth in sales and leasing, attributed to his strong work ethic alongside his unwavering attention to customer service. He holds the designation of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and is a proud member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. In his personal life, David is happily married, a father to six children and a grandfather. He enjoys a variety of interests including international missions, music, writing, exercise, public speaking, and most importantly, cherishing quality time with his family.
Daniel M. Latshaw II, CCIM
Since acquiring his first investment property in 1995, Daniel has had a passion for Atlanta real estate. While earning his MBA at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, he was founder and the first president of the Goizueta Real Estate Group, and the Virginia Tech undergrad decided to make a career out of what started as a hobby. After graduation, Daniel managed acquisitions for the UK’s top institutional real estate investment house, ING Barings, in London. Upon arrival back in Atlanta, Daniel spent 24 years at Bull Realty where he earned Partner status and the CCIM designation consistently exceeding client expectations on hundreds of projects. He now feels "at home" partnering with his old friend David Hacker who started Vision Commercial Advisors, where they have resolved to honor God by providing tailored, personal service for clients. Daniel loves spending time with his wife and four daughters, serving in church leadership, and leading overseas missions efforts. When not making waves in real estate, the avid surfer enjoys catching them in coastal destinations ranging from the Southeast U.S. to South America.
Carolyn B. Gould
Carolyn brings over 20 years of experience in real estate, site acquisition, and complex project management to her commercial real estate practice. With a background in telecommunications infrastructure and business development, Carolyn offers clients a strategic advantage in navigating complex transactions, regulatory environments, and redevelopment opportunities. She has negotiated hundreds of land and rooftop leases and managed multimillion-dollar development projects from due diligence through zoning, permitting, and construction. Her ability to align stakeholders, solve problems, and drive deals forward sets her apart. Known for her strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and client-first approach, Carolyn is committed to delivering thoughtful, results-driven solutions. She serves clients throughout the Metro Atlanta market, is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, and serves as a Commissioner on the Roswell Housing Authority Board. When she is not working with clients, Carolyn can be found spending time with her family, serving in the community, and tending her flock of backyard chickens.
